Return Policy

We consider returns, refunds, and exchanges on a case by case basis. We are very grateful for your business and will always take seriously any claims about defective orders, and if verified, will replace item/s free of charge to you.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at moviestore@secretmovieclub.com with details of the product and the defect. We will review imagery and details provided and if we determine there is a defect we will send you the address where you can return the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product free of charge as well as reimburse the shipping cost of the return.

Shipping

Apparel - Our apparel is made to order, it takes 2-5 days to fulfill the order and an additional 6-10 days for shipping within the United States.

Posters - Posters are shipped out within 7 business days of receipt of order. We ship everything USPS first class which takes 1-5 business days.
